Axiom AI Bot Services
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of Axiom Board Group LLC's AI bot services ("Axiom," "we," "us," or "our"). By executing this document electronically, checking an acceptance box during checkout, creating an account, or using the Services, you ("Client," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not purchase, sign for, or use the Services.
Section 1: Services Covered
Axiom provides productized, AI-enabled bot services ("Services") as selected by you at the time of purchase or onboarding, which may include: Website AI Chatbots, Social Media AI Chatbots, Voice AI Agents, Review and Reputation AI Chatbots. Services are limited to automated conversational, routing, scheduling, notification, and information-delivery functionality as described at the time of purchase. Only the Services purchased are provided. No additional services are included.
Section 2: Nature of AI Systems
You acknowledge and agree that:
- AI systems generate probabilistic outputs
- Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable
- AI responses are not authoritative
- Human review is required before acting on any AI output
Axiom makes no guarantees regarding accuracy, completeness, legality, or fitness for any purpose.
Section 3: No Reliance
AI outputs are assistive only and must not be relied upon as definitive information. You are solely responsible for all decisions, actions, and outcomes resulting from use of the Services.
Section 4: Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Services for:
- Unlawful, deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent activities
- Impersonation, misrepresentation, or false attribution
- Spam, harassment, or abusive communications
- Safety-critical, regulated, or high-risk activities without written authorization
- Circumventing safeguards, usage limits, or security controls
Axiom may suspend or terminate Services immediately for violations.
Section 5: Client Responsibilities
Axiom configures and deploys the Services on your behalf based on information, content, and instructions you provide. You are solely responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and lawful information, content, scripts, prompts, and business rules used to configure the Services
- Reviewing and approving bot behavior, responses, and workflows before and after deployment
- Ongoing monitoring of bot interactions and outputs once live
- How the Services are used, interpreted, and relied upon by you, your customers, or third parties
- Compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry requirements related to your use of the Services
You represent and warrant that all content, data, and materials you provide:
- Are lawful and accurate to the best of your knowledge
- Are owned or properly licensed by you
- Do not infringe, violate, or misappropriate any third-party rights
Axiom is not responsible for how outputs are used or relied upon after deployment.
Section 6: Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, prompts, models, workflows, system designs, methodologies, and know-how, remain with Axiom. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, internal-use license to use the Services during your active subscription term. You may not:
- Resell or sublicense the Services
- Reverse engineer or copy system logic
- Create derivative systems based on the Services
Section 7: Fees and Billing
Fees are as presented at checkout, invoice, or onboarding. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. Fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated. Axiom may suspend Services for non-payment without liability.
Section 8: Data Processing
You are the Data Controller. Axiom acts as the Data Processor. Axiom will:
- Process data solely to provide the Services
- Maintain commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards
- Use subprocessors as necessary to deliver the Services
- Notify you of data breaches within a reasonable timeframe
Data is retained only as necessary to provide the Services.
Section 9: Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Axiom from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:
- Content or data you provide
- Your use or deployment of the Services
- Reliance on AI-generated outputs
Except to the extent caused by Axiom's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Section 10: Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Axiom's total liability will not exceed the fees you paid to Axiom in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim
- Axiom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
Section 11: Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. Axiom may suspend or terminate Services immediately for:
- Non-payment
- Policy violations
- Misuse of the Services
Upon termination:
- Access to the Services may be disabled immediately
- No refunds are owed
Section 12: Governing Law and Miscellaneous
Governed by the laws of the State of Iowa. These Terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the Services. Acceptance may occur by electronic signature, affirmative agreement, or use of the Services, each of which constitutes binding acceptance. Any amendments must be in writing. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
Electronic Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions may be accepted electronically. Execution via electronic signature, including through platforms such as DocuSign, constitutes valid and binding acceptance.
SMS Communications
By opting in to receive SMS communications from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
Types of Messages: By subscribing to our SMS service, you can expect to receive messages related to your interactions with our business. These may include appointment reminders, service updates, account notifications, and other relevant business-related communications.
Opt-Out Instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to us, and we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Message and Data Rates: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent from you to us and from us to you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
